DESCRIPTION:Learn how to make your world more sustainable from the gro
 und up through our series of garden-based classes and workshops.  The
  six-part series will cover a variety of sustainable gardening techniq
 ues and put those skills to practice with hands-on workshops in RE Sou
 rces’ new on-site community garden. \nClass Schedule:\n\n1. Introdu
 ction to Permaculture: Saturday, March 26th, 9am – 1pm ($35). Unders
 tand the principles and ethics of permaculture and how it can inform y
 our garden planning.\n2. Introduction to Permaculture Design: Sunday, 
 March 27th, 9am – 1pm ($35). Learn techniques to assess sites, devel
 op design strategies, and execute effective site. plans. \n3. Seed Sta
 rting, Garden Planning and Crop Rotation: Thurs, March 31st 6:30 – 8
 :30pm ($20). Get tips on Northwest timing and techniques, healthy plan
 t succession and winter garden potential. \n4. Edible Landscape Instal
 lation: Sat, April 9th 9am – 1pm ($35). Learn how to sheet mulch, bu
 ild raised beds, and create a thriving food production garden. \n5. Co
 mpost and Soil Health:Thurs, April 14th - 6:30 – 8:30pm ($20). Get t
 ips on nurturing soil, organic matter, and how to transform your waste
  into useful compost. \n6. Forest Gardening: Saturday, April 30th - 9a
 m 3pm. Understand how to re-create the structure and function of natur
