 and medicine, seed saving and vegetable breeding, and using plants for
  personal wellness. It’s just a plus that what you make and grow tas
 tes better and costs a lot less.  Celt Schira is a registered professi
 onal electrical engineer, tax preparer, licensed hypnotherapist, garde
 ner, college instructor, Community Emergency Response Trainer. She spe
 nt many years living and working in other people’s countries, experi
 ence which has informed both her cooking and her gardening. Her intere
 st in empowering individual wellness led her to study herbal medicine,
