DESCRIPTION:Join us for Lighting the Dark: Swapping, Dining, Learning,
  and Burning, Friday, February 5th from 5:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.  Chuck
 anut Transition will be hosting this winter gathering celebrating the 
 participatory arts of swapping, dining, learning, and burning. \nFrom
  5:00 - 6:00 p.m. there will be a Food and Seed Swap.  Bring preserve
 d or fresh home-grown and/or home-processed food, seed, and other hand
 made items to swap.  From 6:00 - 7:00 p.m. there will be a potluck di
 nner.  From 7:00 - 8:00 p.m. there will be a photo slideshow and talk
  on Forgotten Pollinators.  Chuck Nafziger of Chuckanut Transition, w
 ill be sharing his beautiful bug photos in an informative exploration 
 into the world of the forgotten pollinator.  Sue Mitchell of Friday C
 reek Habitat Stewards will be sharing her expertise on habitat restora
 tion.  Come and learn with us about pollinators, their habitat, and h
 ow they are a cornerstone to a healthy and resilient watershed.  At 8
 :15 p.m., the evening will culminate with the lighting of a bee and fl
 ower fire sculptures.  Throughout the evening there will be other art
  on display, highlighting the creativity and resource we have right he
 re in our own backyard.  Bring your musical instruments and help us f
 ill the dark with celebration!\nThis is a free community event at the
