 \r\nFree. Everyone welcome.\r\n\r\nSpecial Musical Guest:\r\n\r\nCheco
  Tohomaso (performing throughout the evening)\r\nCheco Tohomaso played
  keyboards and percussion and sang background vocals for the last Euro
 pean tour of Motown legend Marvin Gaye. He has also performed with Lio
 nel Richie and the Commodores, Celine Dion, New Kids on the Block, and
  Reba McEntire, among others. Checo’s current focus is to communicat
 e the positive, healing qualities of soul music to as many people as p
 ossible. Checo will be our musical guest throughout the evening. He is
  spirited, authentic, and true to the music. Not to be missed. Communi
 ty will be invited to sing along with Checo and celebrate Dr. King. 
 \r\n\r\nSpecial Poet Guest: \r\nKevin Murphy \r\nKevin Murphy has b
 een performing his  dynamic poetry for over 40 years.  Kevin is the
  “poet-in-residence” of the Chuckanut Radio Hour, and was the winn
 er of a Bellingham Mayor’s Art Award in 2017. He has taught poetry w
 riting through Whatcom Community College and the Whatcom Juvenile Just
 ice Creative Writing Program.\r\n\r\nSpecial Emcee Guest:\r\nTerrance 
 Morris – Diversity advocate, founder of A Connection, Unity committe
 e president, and Whatcom County Racial Equity Commission.\r\n\r\nSpeci
