DESCRIPTION:We do these on the second Saturday of every month. Organiz
 ed outdoor games and activities for children. Designed to teach nature
  awareness, basic primitive skills, and being confident in the wildern
 ess. Parents welcome. If you are an adult and wish to help out, please
  call first (see phone number above).\n\nBring a knapsack, first aid k
 it, water bottle, lunch and appropriate clothing.\n\nTo attend, you wi
 ll need to join Fertile Ground. You can do this at the event or on our
  website. Membership is $10 for adults and is valid through the rest o
 f 2009. Membership for children 15 and under is free. Membership also 
 allows you access to all Fertile Ground events including Post Petroleu
 m Survival (learn skills such as gardening, permaculture, preserving f
 ood, self-defense, bicycle repair, carpentry without power tools), Mou
 ntain Hikes, Papa Bear (men's group), Mama Bear (women's group), Resto
 ring Earth (ecological restoration projects) and many other events and
