 que). It's a resilience skill of a high order, as it gives users a pow
 erful way to deal with anxiety, fear, trauma, stress, and even chronic

 upressure and attention, with many layers of subtle awareness possible
 . I've used it for nearly 10 years and seen many remarkable things hap
 pen, including today.\n\nThe class is four Wednesdays, 1-3 pm, and lim
 ited to about 8 people. It's immersive, fun, intense, and participants
  will experience positive personal change as well as acquiring a lifel
 ong skill. A community is beginning to develop around EFT as an ongoin
 g way to keep evolving personally at a fairly rapid pace.\n\n$80 for o
