DESCRIPTION:Join us for a free introductory workshop on a new way to s
 urvive the economic insanity around us. This community-building tool h
 elps us flex our mutual aid muscles, learn to trust ourselves instead 
 of the so-called experts, and build security for us and our community.
 \n\nWe’re not going back to some glorious economy that looks like 20
 06 or 1986 or 1956. For ecological and peak oil reasons, we’re not g
 oing back to an economy premised on cheap energy. One value of these c
 lubs has been for people to look at the hard information together – 
 and not remain in denial – and get on with making plans based on new
  economic and ecological realities.\n\nHOW DOES IT WORK?\n\nAt the Int
 roductory Workshop, those who want to form a club commit to 5 addition
 al education sessions. There is a step-by-step program for each of the
 se facilitated sessions which includes watching videos, reading articl
 es and participating in interactive exercises. The optimal size is 10 
 – 25 adults. To cover costs for the 5 sessions, we will ask for a $1
 0 donation but no one will be turned away for lack of funds.\n\nContac
