I have to ask what is so sustainable about Seattle lately? They are spending 18 billion dollars to dig a tunnel for cars to go under the city and to expand the 520 bridge by adding another car lane. They scrapped the monorail project, which was voted on and won after spending 13.5 million dollars talking about it. Do we want to model Bellingham after Seattle?<br/>
