  is anchored by a comprehensive publication “Transit Oriented Commun
 ities: A Blueprint for Washington State,” and provides an action pla
 n for promoting neighborhoods that give people greater access to housi
 ng, jobs, shopping, and recreation without relying on a personal vehic
 le. Created by GGLO, Futurewise, and the Transportation Choices Coalit
 ion, the purpose of the Blueprint is to provide guidance and inspirati
