DESCRIPTION:The Whatcom Action Coalition (WAC) invites the active Bell
 ingham community to the Ground Floor (1105 N State St - Next to the Ma
 sonic Hall) on Wednesday August 10 at 6:00 pm for a benefit dinner. Th
 e dinner is part of an ongoing fundraising campaign to raise money to 
 send six emerging activists to participate in the Backbone Campaign's 
 Localize This! Non-violent Action Camp. This is a wonderful opportunit
 y for you to support passionate but poorly-funded organizers in the Be
 llingham community; your support is truly an investment in the future 
 of our community, and in the effort to prevent the Gateway Pacific Coa
 l Terminal!\n\n\nThe dinner is a sliding-scale suggested donation of $
 10-$25.\n\n\nA presentation from WAC will provide more information abo
 ut it's role in preventing the Gateway Pacific Terminal, and informati
 on about the action camp.\n\n\nFood is provided courtesy of Billy Tate
  and Nicole Brown of Moondance Farm and Safeguard the South Fork.\n\n\
