DESCRIPTION:  The extinction of a species generally goes unnoticed an
 d unremarked, except by indigenous peoples, naturalists and other love
 rs of places.\nWe are in the midst of what is called the 6th Extinctio
 n. An estimated 1 in 4 mammals are threatened with extinction. Also 12
 % of all plants, 1 in 8 birds, 1 in 3 known amphibians, and fully half
  of all known species of fish.*\n This circle will be a time to come 
 together in remembrance of those who are gone. \nWe will fill the spa
 ce left in their absence with the sound of their names, celebrating th
 e ebb and flow of life and the interconnectedness of all, with prayers
