DESCRIPTION:General Election ballots are being mailed Wednesday, Octob
 er 17, and the Voters’ Pamphlet should arrive within a few days of r
 eceiving your ballot. You will be receiving one Voters’ Pamphlet tha
 t combines the Whatcom County Local Voters’ Pamphlet with the State,
  Auditor Debbie Adelstein said.\r\nIf you decide to return your ballot
  by mail, the State has agreed to pay the postage in an effort to incr
 ease voter participation. Remember that your ballot envelope still nee
 ds a postmark no later than Election Day, November 6, 2018, to be coun
 ted. The USPS recommends mailing your ballot one week before Election 
 Day.\r\nBallots can also be returned in an official ballot drop box up
  until 8:00 pm on Election Day, Tuesday, November 6. The 18 drop box l
 ocations are printed on the insert that will be enclosed with the ball
 ot and are also printed in the Voters’ Pamphlet.\r\nIf a voter doesn
 ’t receive their ballot by October 26, they should call the Election
  Division of the Auditor’s Office at (360) 778-5102.\r\n\r\nVotersâ€
