Pieces of Ugandan wooden chair

To any carpenters/DIYers out there: I had a small chair from Uganda with a lion's face carved into it that broke. So now I have not a chair, but some chunks of potentially rare wood from Uganda -- no idea what kind it is, but you're welcome to reply and come check it out for use in any of your projects. The biggest piece (with the lion carving mostly intact) is about 1' x 2'.
