Transition Whatcom

Hi folks, I bought $70 worth (5 gallons) of organic yellow dent corn (not local) so that I would have a source to offer those who came to my Co-op tortilla class - the class got cancelled and I'm out $70, because I don't need the corn, I grow my own. It's the most economical way to buy it, and I'll sell it at cost: $2/pound. OR I can eat some of this stuff if you guys want to buy my organic, locally-grown version at $4/pound. More expensive due to small scale and low-tech methods, but local and heirloom. I can teach you how to make tortillas from it if you like.  Dent corn is what I use for tortilla-making, the healthiest way to eat your corn. Krista 224-4757
