Event Description
It’s really possible: tasty gluten-free baked goods from local ingredients! Join us as we create and enjoy tasty baked goods from our own homegrown grains and other locally produced ingredients. The menu will include buckwheat pancakes, cornbread, and pumpkin pie. Other than salt and baking powder, this class will have a “no store-bought ingredient” policy.
Due to limited space, registration is required for this workshop. Please call to ensure space is available, then mail the registration fee to 741 River Road, Lynden, WA, to reserve your spot.

In case people are wondering, the fee for this workshop is $20, which includes ingredients and getting to eat the baked goods. If you sign up for both this and our Local Corn Tortilla making workshop on Nov 6th, you can do both for $35.
