Angela you have impeccable timing :)  We are finishing the coop here at Fern Hollow, and I would be happy to come and get those nesting boxes.  Are you still at Inspiration Farm?

Thanks,

Free Nesting boxes - One unit of 4 chicken nesting boxes, (each nesting box is 12x12x12" each). The whole unit is 4feet 2.5inches wide by 32 inches tall.

I got if for free from a neighbor but It's too big for our coop and I don't want to modify it. So if you want it come and get it. Call 733-3541

I have LOTS of cabbages ripening-- do you want a bunch to make sauerkraut with? I also have kale and chard available, and pastured eggs (all naturally grown of course). What I would love in exchange would be a few hours of weeding together, or I would take life dollars. Lynden area. Message me or call 961-9028.

FREE - Large, sturdy metal desk.  No drawers except the small one in the middle.  Great for use in garage, garden shed, etc.

The Food Bank Farm could use more volunteers this summer! We grow organic vegetables for local food banks, and volunteering here is really fun, plus you learn a lot about gardening/ farming, and can take home fresh produce! If interested, contact Max Morange: glean@bellinghamfoodbank.org.

Anyone looking for some late season turkey poults?  These are farm hatched, organic, pastured  Bourbon Red Turkeys.  They won’t be ready for thanksgiving but would make good Christmas or Easter birds (or just good every day eating!) or breeding stock for next year.  They’re good natured, entertaining birds!

Jean, got your call. Thanks, I'll pick up the jars in the next day or two.

FREE - Box of "decorative jam and jelly jars" with lids.  Eight of the jars have some unknown jam in them.

Laying hens for sale-- they just began their laying career a few days ago, and are very productive brown-egg layers (Rhode Island Reds and Black Sex-Links). They have been pasture-raised and organic-fed their whole lives. $20 each. Call me at 360. 961. 9028.
