Thanks for your response. Sounds like you are heading off for a wonderful adventure. I will contact Klara, but as I am not a homeowner at this time, I don't think that there is much I can do re: the guidelines/covenants. But perhaps gathering together a group of people interested in sustainability can help move things toward getting the support needed to make those changes.
