<p>Perhaps focusing a book group around the current thinking and skills re: building community, engaging work groups, group dynamics, and communication skills, would be one way to bring this awareness into TW on an ongoing basis and to help us to develop a culture based on these principles. <p>Perhaps focusing a book group around the current thinking and skills re: building community, engaging work groups, group dynamics, and communication skills, would be one way to bring this awareness into TW on an ongoing basis and to help us to develop a culture based on these principles. A wonderful and inspiring book I have been reading lately is Walk Out, Walk On by Margaret Wheatley and Deborah Frieze (sp?). It describes seven principles of a new way of approaching community organizing, and shows specific communities around the world that are exemplify each one. I would love to be part of a group thinking about how to apply this to transition.</p>
