Hi Anitra! Great to meet another person who understands the importance of rainwater catchement/storeage/useage! I do permaculture landscape design consultations & educational tours with my business Earthcare Garden Designs. Lets walk the land or gardens together sometime!
Let us know what urban or rural neighborhoods you are livng near. There are some good Transition groups with active members on this site! I'll send you an invite to the Earth Gardens group:
