Join me sorting and packing seeds to give away. Take home some of whatever strikes your fancy. Have tea and pick my brain about subsistence gardening, seed saving and plant breeding. Spring is here, and we are making up a large care package for Beth Chisholm at WSU to give to her community gardeners. Donations to the cause cheerfully accepted.See More

Hi Amanda,
It was great to meet you at the Ferndale film the other night. I wanted to let you know that my very best friend in the world, Ginger Kennell, lives not very far from you in the Laurel area-- she is on Bartlett Rd just off Meridian. She has 3 horses, chickens, fruit & nut trees, and an awesome garden and composting operation. She is also very into Transition work and is one of the nicest people you could ever meet. Ginger is a member of this website, so if you do a search for "ginger" you will find her and can send her a message. Tell her Chris sent you!
I didn't see recent activity on Transition Laurel but they are some of the most active transition members. They may be connecting offline.
I will keep you posted on Transition Ferndale activity as long as you want. You can also join Transition Ferndale on the Groups page above. Best to you, Judith
