Comment by Jean Kroll on October 2, 2011 at 10:09am ART SWAP?
My housemate and I are redecorating our living room, and felt that we wanted to hang up some new art work but don't have a very big budget. (Art is not something I care to buy at the thrift stores - ugh!)
I have a bunch of my colorful mosaic art that has been on the walls for years. Then I had this idea: how 'bout an art swap? Are there other TWers who have artworks they are wanting to trade for something new to hang on their walls? Are there are other artists who have a surplus of original art that they'd like to move? If you're interesting in doing an "art swap" let me know!
Thanks Shannon.
I did look at the library. Of the few that they have -those weren't available and I'm making the compilation tomorrow...can't wait on a request.

The Bellingham library has a great selection of CD's. You might be able to find what you are looking for there... I believe the limit is 10 CDs per check out.
Comment by Patricia Herlevi on September 22, 2011 at 9:55am I'm in desperate need of a small wood kitchen table and two chairs. Can pay up to $20 for it and $25 if you deliver it. This is what my current budget allows.
The other option is to find someone who would enjoy going to estate/garage sales this Sunday.
At the moment I'm living in a 800 sqft apt with only one chair and no table for eating. The picnic on the floor routine feels novel now but will wear off soon. LOL
