Large Upstairs Studio Room for rent in 1912 Craftsman home on shy acre with lots of fruit trees and raised garden beds.  Within walking distance of trails and park, downtown restaurants and shopping.  2 blocks from WTA bus stop.

$400 /month includes utilities, except 1/3 share of water ~ 1st, last & $250 deposit. 

Studio room is 12' x 25' with 2 large closets, lots of windows and light.  Includes private bathroom with shower and use of furnished upstairs sitting room.

Shared kitchen & laundry room with washer & dryer.  Covered front porch, deck, small storage area under house, fire circle in back. Non-smoking household or outdoors only. 

Space is shared with 2 dogs and one indoor/ outdoor cat who does not like other cats. 

Owner employed full-time. One other tenant on property in private RV and my adult son, who is a student and has a downstairs bedroom.

5 varieties apple trees, plums, blueberries, rasberries, hazelnuts, and a pond on property.  Plenty of open garden space on property.

We are a low-impact and musical household.  Desire a relatively quiet financially stable person, employed or retired, or mature student.  Gardener a plus+.  References needed.
