The Homeowner Incentive Program (HIP) provides funding to help residents living in the Lake Whatcom watershed design and build landscape improvements that promote clean water. As a HIP-Certified Professional, you will have the opportunity to work on the homeowners' behalf, helping them achieve their goals while expanding your business into a new and emerging market.

Professionals who complete the HIP training, and pass the certification exam, will be named on HIP promotional materials and receive exclusive access to program participants, technical resources, and direct help from HIP Staff.
