Event Description

Sunday April 22, 10am-5pm Learn Gestalt practices to enhance Awareness, Contact with others, Creativity, and Aliveness. Facilitator: Cyndy Sheldon, MSW, co-founder of the original Gestalt Institute of SF in the 60s, who trained with the founders, Fritz and Laura Perls.

Those familiar with Gestalt have missed being in a community where they can share their deepest selves and those new to Gestalt are discovering the possibilities of connecting with one another in profound and touching ways.

For those interested on going classes are available following this introduction.
