NW Washington Fruit Research Foundation's
Annual Winter Field Day is usually on the first on Sat of each March.

Public Event with with Admission Fee for non-members. (You can join WWFRF while at event & event will then be free). Registration required.
Non-member admission - possibly $15 individual or $30 family.

This year’s theme is “Local and Organic”. http://www.wwfrf.org/ "Come learn to prune and graft and as always we will have rootstock and scions".
Entry is $15 person or members no fee.

Jamie, yes lets consider carpool. Date is tentative. Christy will probably drive down earlier than what I'd want to. I've penciled in my calendar, but I've not yet heard if this is a sure date. I may take this event down if I don't hear of a sure date by late Jan.

This was one of the best educational & hands-on events of the year!
Mark your calendar for the next Winter Field Day - Sat March 3rd, 2012.
Summer Fruit Festival held on the 4th Saturday in August (2011-Aug 20)
Sample the Harvest Day -may be open to members only).
*Cherries (2nd Saturday in July).
*Apples & pears, cider tasting (2nd Saturday in October).
