Event Description

This is a four week class in EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique). It's a resilience skill of a high order, as it gives users a powerful way to deal with anxiety, fear, trauma, stress, and even chronic pain and other physical problems. You can learn more about it at www.emofree.com.

The method is a fundamentally simple combination of acupressure and attention, with many layers of subtle awareness possible. I've used it for nearly 10 years and seen many remarkable things happen, including today.

The class is four Wednesdays, 1-3 pm, and limited to about 8 people. It's immersive, fun, intense, and participants will experience positive personal change as well as acquiring a lifelong skill. A community is beginning to develop around EFT as an ongoing way to keep evolving personally at a fairly rapid pace.

$80 for one person, $60 each if you bring someone. Contact me to learn more, or if you'd like to talk to someone who's been in the class to get their perspective.
