Event Description

Sustainable: 1. Able to be maintained at a certain rate or level.  2. Conserving a balance by avoiding depletion of natural resources.              We all try to live sustainably - for the planet, for our society.  But how do we make our own lives sustainable? In what ways can we adjust the way we choose to live so that we avoid burnout and maintain a healthy mental, physical and emotional balance?   Gift yourself an afternoon to create a vision of your sustainable life.  Collage is an art form that provides insight into your life and inspiration for manifesting your dreams as well as providing an opportunity to exercise your creative and intuitive sides. Spend an afternoon playing with images, symbology and inner dialogue, in the company of kindred spirits.  All materials are provided.  Instruction in the art of collage is available as well as guidance in ways to access your intuitive creative self.  Small group, cozy setting.  Register through the Whatcom Folk School Here .  Class fee is $20 (includes materials) plus the $15 Folk School registration fee.
